Delta prime marketing pvt.ltd.was launched in may 2005 and its 2 directors Ghanshyan Tanwani and Dilip Kalra set their eyes on capturing the very fast growing market of mobiles.
The biggest challenge in front of them was to face the multi national world renowned companies which were very well settled in the market and had very prominent global brands.
It was sheer determination and foresightedness of the directors that SPICE a new name,a new product with a new technology entered the rajasthan market with entirely different pricing strategy and became the first enterent in this segment.
The hard work and business acumen and confidence of the channel partners paid rich dividends and Rajasthan became no.1 selling state of SPICE MOBILES in a very short period .The other brands in the same segment were left way behind.
Now the main aim of delta prime is to make Spice no.1 brand in Rajasthan.
To make this happen delta is expanding sales and service network as per the need of the market,at present there are 55 micro distributors and 35 service centers, approximately 8000 retailers,200 field force and 300 back office support staff in rajasthan.We are also planning to develop a separate channel for CDMA.
Delta is looking forward to other business proposals under the same umbrella and soon will be launching Delta prime holidays dealing in inbound and foreign tours and travel packages.
From new financial year 2010 a sister concern Delta Sales & Service has started its operation and is looking after Jaipur market.
There are other projects also in the pipeline.
Delta has crossed turnover of 230 crores in such a short period itself shows the confidence of the market and customers in the policies of the company.
